Overview
ConvertoFiles ("we," "our," or "the Service") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
How Our Service Works
ConvertoFiles is a browser-based file conversion tool. All file processing happens entirely within your web browser. Files are never uploaded to our servers. We do not store, access, or have any visibility into the content of files processed by our users.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to convert any files they process through our Service. You must not use ConvertoFiles to circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or to convert copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information to our designated copyright agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may send a counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access to our Service for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
